The last few brews have been exciting, we wandered into brewing a firm pale ale, an oddly sweet IPA, and a smooth amber ale! The "P-Way Pale Ale" features an upfront hoppy-ness finished out with a mellow and smooth grain bill. The "Pass and Review" was meant to have a strong hops taste; but the yeast had a different idea and mellowed the hops a little and let the excellent caramel grains shine through with a short follow to a hop finish. And lastly, the "A-Pool Amber" ale, our first brewed in Pensacola, Florida was created from many left over odds and ends from other recipes but it is a real hit! A smooth and strong amber that is reigned in by some Super Pride Australian hops! What a treat it is!
